International Patent Regarding Detonation Cycle Gas Turbine Technology Filed
DeLand, Florida | December 8, 2008

On November 21, 2008, Mr. Robert L. Scragg, President of Alpha Engines Corporation, filed an international patent application under the Patent Cooperation Treaty regarding his invention of the Detonation Cycle Gas Turbine (DCGT) engine. This application claims priority from an application filed in the U.S.A in November 2007. Currently, The Patent Cooperation now lists over 100 member states.

Michael Rouse, CEO of Turbine Truck Engines, Inc. (TTE) (OTCBB: TTEG), commented, “The filing of this patent will allow us to proceed with ongoing talks between our company and offshore interests. TTE holds the exclusive licensing rights to the DCGT technology and, until now, was not in a position to provide in-depth detail regarding worldwide inquiries for our products.”

About Turbine Truck Engines, Inc.

Turbine Truck Engines, Inc. is a technology company focused on the development, manufacture and testing of its New Energy and Environmentally Efficient Truck Engine intended for mass market distribution in the United States and abroad. The new engine can utilize any known fuel source (gasoline, diesel, propane, natural gas, hydrogen, methanol, ethanol or LPG) or fuel mixture, yet needs zero coolant, lube oil, filters, or pumps. Its unique, lightweight turbine design has few moving parts, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The innovative cyclic detonation process produces a complete combustion of fuel-oxidizer mixtures, resulting in greater fuel economy and fewer harmful exhaust emissions.
